You have reached the homepage for the 2011 Joint IEEE International Conference on Industrial Electronics (ICIT) & Southeastern Symposium on System Theory (SSST). ICIT was created by the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society in 1994. SSST has just completed its 43rd year.
Papers published in the proceedings of ICIT and SSST are now available on IEEE Xplore.
The 2011 joint conference theme was “Industrial Embedded Systems: Theory, Design, and Application”, and brought together the mutual interests of SSST (system theory, mathematical modeling, design, application, and practice) and IES (application of electronics and electrical sciences for the enhancement of industrial and manufacturing processes).
We thank those participants and contributors from the international and regional academic, research, commercial, and industrial communities. Here is the Final Program Booklet from the conference.
Due to the earthquake/tsunami in Japan the week before the conference, some of our colleagues were unable to attend and we have posted their presentations on the Technical Program page.
Next year's ICIT will be held in Athens, Greece.
Next year's SSST will be held in Jacksonville, Florida on March 12-13 and will be hosted by Univ. of North Floreida and Florida Internationsl Univ..
We will post links to those web sites once they go on-line and encourage your participation in either or both of next year's conferences.
